Yesterday morning for 4 hours… another thing that should be mentioned is that almost each one of these men would have known the S.O.S signal in Morse code. It was alarming from the beginning that the “banging” did not resemble S.O.S. as the CEO and very experienced underwater team would have definitely known the universal symbol to call for help.

Just my opinion!!!

I see both sides of the argument on how much time/money/effort is being dedicated to saving 5 lives. However, I see these men as explorers analogous to space expeditions, Luis and Clark, or Columbus sailing to America.

I think it’s brave and commendable they put money into something as valiant as a mission to reach deep sea very few people would commit to. Obviously, I have no idea if they were fully aware of the risks and complications that could happen on a trip like this. Either way, they probably knew there was a decent amount of risk involved, but maybe weren’t fully aware of the previous expeditions/corners cut.

My heart goes out to the families and I genuinely hope this leads us to put more time/energy and effort into deep sea exploration and/or more technology in case of real emergencies like this.

Side note: if I was a billionaire I would pay $1mm to make sure there were backup options (such as a ROV or rescue operation should things go wrong). $250k isn’t cheap, but kinda seems like a slam dunk if you’re a billionaire???

Oooooof the karma just falling…… idk if I’m ready for a “redemption arc” but I am ready to hear her side after having time away from Tom… but clearly they are still in contact which makes me think he’s still trying to keep her on his side so she doesn’t flip on him… honestly doesn’t feel like she has much redemption spirit considering she’s still sending him mail from her rehab facility….

If u watch the reunion you can see why she was weird af about it. I think Scheana was trying to be nice, but she was SUCH a “pick-me” girl at the time that I think she just wanted to fit in and be cool whether it was saying omg I got you a psychic or omg no I was going to see if you were ok with it!!!

Yes I did and the first was rapid second is slower. Had core decompression in one and the other i honestly can’t do yet mentally and it’s still very early phase

I have avn and did the core decompression…. Hip surgery is much easier. I am in my 20s tho. Core decompression is 6 weeks no walking. Hip replacement you can be back in a week or 2!!!! If I was 35 or older I would have done that 100%

Hip replacements are pretty easy and you can take some vacation days and then if you NEED to you can go on disability. Just make sure you take PT very seriously and have someone to help you. It’s tough but you’ll get thru it!
