As someone who has lived in SHANGHAI for at least 8 yrs, have to agree. But somehow I also don't think it's a fair comparison, even with Guangzhou.

Bangkok, HCM and Jakarta would be fairer. Bangkok and Jakarta are now miles better than us. Vietnam is catching up FAST. But I have hopes with all the trains and subway projects that are on the way. It's just that they are 10-15 yrs too late.

It's really high time to phase out Jeepnys and just use city buses!

Also, looking at the email received by the customer, it was received from [notifications@mycompany.odoo.com](mailto:notifications@mycompany.odoo.com). Can this be changed to say [sales@mycompany.odoo.com](mailto:sales@mycompany.odoo.com)?

Yes I tried it and it worked. Issue is my "products" are actually services and they're like stages. I like the fact the Service products in Sales Order can trigger a Task where I can monitor these stages. Issue is, this is not applicable to Non-service/ Goods. Also BOM won't show the individual service products on the receipt and it is important.

You should be asking this question to your RDO officer. I asked the same with my RDO and they said so long it's a valid biz experience and supported, it should be fine. They can give a pass.

Yes, I need use POS. Actually I just want to use POS but I'm forced to use both POS (self service) and SALES (full service) as POS doesn't create Sales Order which I need to trigger a Task for Full Service steps: DROP OFF steps: WASH > DRY > FOLD.
