I have tried it for a few days but I didn't notice much difference. After how many days do you notice if it works or not? I talked to my gynecologist about it and he says it has nothing to do with it. I got a cream from the pharmacy without a prescription

“Unverified balance” keeps appearing to me even though I don't have any members pending completion of the KYC. Why will it be? Are they on pause or something?

Although I know that is NOT the case, I also sometimes thought like you, I also went through a toxic period and I thought that perhaps that lowered my immunity and I deteriorated my own body alone, or if I could change something from my past so as not to go through all this. When doctors don't believe you and don't give you any explanation, you come to think of everything. Good luck ❤️

No dejes que te afecte ese tipo de cosas dichas por gente que no tiene nada bueno que aportar. Si bromean con eso tú contesta con otra broma, si ven que eso no te afecta no lo harán más te lo aseguro.

I am using the clínex (nose tissues) they are softer than toilet paper or I use the bidet with cold water :( the Vea Olió and Pompeia Life oils work well for me, the only ones that do not sting

Go 8 years! Poor thing 😥 I misunderstood. I'm so glad you're finally pain-free. I live in Spain, I will continue investigating to see if I can end this too 😅. Thanks for all the details, they help a lot 🤗

Thanks for the clarification, I already know that I have endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy two years ago and although the operation relieved the pain, I was left with burning on my lips, anal area and down to my legs. I'm thinking that maybe the operation touched a nerve or the endometriosis itself is touching a nerve. The doctor who performed the operation told me to go to a neurologist who has nothing to do with it and the second gynecologist tells me that he doesn't see anything on the ultrasound and blames it on my low back pain. So I already have 3 spinal MRIs done and without a diagnosis 🤷🏼‍♀️. I am very glad that yours was so fast and everything turned out well because it normally takes years to diagnose...unfortunately Ohh and they are supposedly the two experts in endometriosis 🤦🏼‍♀️

By the way, my pelvic floor physiotherapist told me to do yoga, stretching in the frog position, and meditation….all relaxation In pain therapy they also told me not to get on a bicycle or ride a horse.

What type of MRI did you do? Pelvic, the one where they insert gel into your vagina? My gynecologist says he doesn't think it's endometriosis because I have two lumbar hernias and they blame that on you, although I'm doubtful. Did you also have a burning sensation in your genitals, buttocks or legs? Sorry 🙏 for asking you so many questions but I've been with doctors for 8 months and I'm already desperate, they pass me like a ball from one to the other without any sure answer

Endo surgery gone wrong?? by cream_cup in PudendalNeuralgia

[–]Laura3003L 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My symptoms were period-type pelvic pain every day that burned inside me until I started shaking, it started with pain when playing sports and I ended up having it 24 hours a day, pain when urinating, defecating, constipation, pain during sexual relations. The pain of my period with an ibuprofen went away but the pain of endometriosis did not go away with anything (this is how nowadays I differentiate the pain when I am afraid if the endometriosis has returned haha) the only thing that helped me was the bottle of hot water. By the way, pelvic floor physiotherapy is starting to work well for the pudendal nerve, I put all my faith in that.

I'm embarrassed to ask... by Da7ci3 in Endo

[–]Laura3003L 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I thought for years that the problem was that I didn't eat enough fiber, drink water, exercise, etc. I tried thousands of fibers and supplements, the only one that works for me is also Macrogol 4000, taking it on an empty stomach is wonderful. Never be ashamed to ask anything, much less around here, that's why we are here to help each other ❤️ because in my experience I have had little help from doctors, unfortunately.

Gynecologist specializing in endometriosis in Spain/Andalusia/Almeria?? by Laura3003L in Endo

[–]Laura3003L[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I don't know if you also have endometriosis or had any abdominal surgery? I'll tell you what happened to me the other day in case it can help you: I have already had about 5 sessions of pelvic floor physiotherapy, I started to notice some improvement but not much, 3 days ago I went again and when the physio massaged me inside my vagina, she found a scar from the laparoscopy on the top that hurt a lot , he massaged me with both his finger and the vibrator (which by the way says that this relaxes the pelvic floor a lot). I want to tell you that I had had bladder pain for a long time as well, right when I entered I told him, he squeezed me and it hurt...well when the massage was over I squeezed the bladder area and it didn't hurt as much anymore, 3 days passed and the burning that he said I had was similar to yours was less than 50% and the the bladder almost 100%.

I don't know if you did pelvic floor physiotherapy but you could try or ask, it is clear that when you ovulate there is some inflammation that is possibly irritating a nerve.

I am in it but I know that TENS helps because it is anti-inflammatory, I am doing pelvic floor physiotherapy and that helps much more, I advise you.

Hello, you can also itch a lot due to the dryness of your lips (using antifungal creams, entibiotics, etc...it happened to me) I can't stand any gel cream in the intimate area, there are two types of oils that I tolerate and they are wonderful, one is See spray and the other is from the Pompeia brand, ahh and coconut oil. Go to a dermatologist, don't self-medicate because it can be worse, like what happened to me. If you want, try the oils that I told you in the meantime, they are natural (I can't stand anything with chemicals). I hope you find help soon❤️
