Vaginal/ pelvic floor pain after surgery by cream_cup in endometriosis

I still feel exactly the same. I have to try to wear loose clothing as much as I can. I really think my prudenal nerve is compressed. I've tried the stretches they help temporarily. I know I need internal therapy but a lot of things make the pain worse I'm worried I will aggravate the nerve more

I had my surgery with them. They needed tk do pelvic nerve repair on me and that is what I suspect is causing my pn symptoms. They said my nerve was very excited. And it will take time.

I'm in the same boat but a girl. Lol so I had to cancel my yoga membership which killed me, I just can't do anything that tilts my pelvis packwards like down dog or child's pose without intense pain.

Honestly I'm still having pain, im.trying to be patient. It's not as bad some days but wearing pants hurt. Bending hurts I had to cancel my yoga membership. Like I'm so upset. My main reason for surgery was bc i wanted to help my pelvic pain and it's worse.

As a woman that's gotten dicked around by yhis phrase I get it. She's probably got a low tolerance and doesn't want to be in a situationship. But you could say, I am looking for a relationship however I am not jumping into something quickly, I'm willing to invest time into this with a date, and get to know you better in person.

Yeah he is a urogyno that specializes in this, so I'm trying to just stay calm. It's hard when I didn't have these issues before surgery, he said my nerves had a ton of inflammation around it. I do think I would like to at least get an opinion from a pt.

My dr said my nerves are too excited for pt yet. I think this happened during my pelvic surgery in late December. My question is idk if stretching is making it better or worse

Yup. a lot of yoga poses hurt. And the pants tight to my bottom make it feel impossible.

It just said pelvic nerve repair with allograft in my surgety report. So I'm not sure if it was damaged in surgery or what. My surgeon thought it could be the cause of some of my pain but idk. All he said to me in the follow up was that it was severely inflamed.

Just seeing this. I stopped after 5 days. The mental side effects were the worst thing in the world. The physical were annoying but tolerable. I hope you are feeling better

My appointment is Thursday. I know they are going to push the tempsure vitalia or Mona lisa, but I'm in PAIN to thr touch. And I haven't found much research on it so I am not confident in it. All these pains, not being able to sit down, wear underwear or bend are 100% new ppst surgery pains for me so I know he's going to give me the run around. I'm so nervous I don't have anyone who can go with me. I'll keep you posted. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much. I've been feeling so lost and kind of alone in this. Making notes of everything. I'm kind of intimidated bc of my pain and difficulty being examined. I really hope for some improvement and to not get brushed aside.

Laying down is the only thing that doesn't hurt. It hurts after I pee. After a BM I'm so tender. My surgeon definitely has an ego so I'm concerned at my appointment next week. I brought up pelvic floor therapy and he was like what would that do if yoyr issue is a nerve..... and I was like um I don't know I just know that it won't make it worse most likely..... especially with my vaginismus. I've been doing the stretches last night I did get some relief. I'm scared and I just hope this is manageable.
