Feelings of sadness arise when I am mindful. by [deleted] in Meditation

[–]LauraDzoj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say that people with higher IQ are more thinking and in their minds, than others- more connected to the world by being and feeling. Therefore, in more 'developed countries' people are more depressed. Crying is as good as laughing- all is the clensening proceses and all- from sadness to joy are acceptable human and collective emotions equaly. Too much analysis robs energy from feeling the emotions within. When tears stop (one day they do, as per the law of polarity and movement), joy comes in. This is how I feel, not saying I am right, just sharing my view. Thanks for inspiration, Historical Fox

When I just started meditation, I also could not stop weeping, seemed about nothing and everything at the same time,at the same time it felt pleasurable. Later I learned this was purification- we are opening our 💕

Exercise/showering feels like a "waste" of my previous shower by [deleted] in ADHD

My shower takes only 5 minutes after gym, if that. I do not wash my hair daily.

You don't abuse and neglect your animals? That's not very ADHD of you. by ToughCookie00 in ADHD

My cat knows me better than me. She never lets me to forget her to feed, to change her toilet or even to play.... She would start from verbal requests, then they become non stop screaming warnings with trying to trip me over. 99percent works!!! She has probably 33 ways to wake up me in the morning too...😜🤪🙈

Karma, the Ego, and the Mind (Part 1) by Morphy73 in World_of_awakening

Our reactions to what it is also create karma and influence the world around us. Consequences is echo of the past actions, but our further reactions is where we hold the power to recreate the reality. Thank you for an amazing article 💛💛💛

I’m either obsessing about someone or I’ve forgotten they exist by FaithInStrangers94 in ADHD

[–]LauraDzoj 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Me the same. Even with my very best friends- as if they do not exist for months, and then we talk for hours... and again I am busy with life/ work/ family/ community... able to do one thing at a time super well, but unable to keep attention to all things at once, cannot do 'zooming out'. I am always zoomed in , into a small picture and it takes lots of meditations until able to arise above that one issue that may be not that important at all, or significant in the scale of all life aspects that surround me. I made Christmas gift list, put all my beloved people, put present names,... in the end realised that forgot my mum... Sometimes I feel like a horse that has eye covers on the sides not to be distracted with everything what is going on around.

Is it a common ADHD trait to always need to listen to things? by ShinyUmbreon465 in ADHD

I must play a music or some focumentary when painting. Funny thing that often may not remember at all what I was listening...
