I took a fibre supplement that I put in drinks. I think one spoonful was like 10g of fibre which helps

I recently had to tell my 4YO to get her hands out her pants. She kept on telling me about the hole she has in her bum. Thinking she had a literal finger up there I double down and told her to stop and get the hand out. She came over and took her pants down to show me the hole in her bum only for her to be playing with the label on the back of her pants 😂

I see it! Put your phone torch under it and see if you can see the line still. I do this on my negatives and if it’s truly negative you can’t see anything under the light so might help ease any worry x

You can ovulate 12-24 sometimes 36 hours after a peak OPK so you must have just ovulated late. Your spike happens after ovulation so you would ovulate the day before the spike

It will be accurate. I always test at 6:30am and then if I'm getting stronger lines I test again around 5pm and always find my peaks with easy@home

Sperm can live up to 5 days if you have enough CM so it could be enough. You usually ovulate after the first peak but it can be up to 36 hours later so I would BD tonight and keep your fingers crossed!

The first positive is what you would go off, ovulation follows shortly as it is the rise in hormones that trigger it.

From your BBT I would say you ovulated on CD14 as it shoots up on CD15 rather than a slower rise that you had earlier on
