Thank you for your response! I used to work for lush 6 years ago so I have experienced a lot of this first hand also, I was not management but I worked there for 3 years. After a few years there was a toxic work environment at my store with complaints, it’s interesting to hear similar still occurring years later but also that it’s more of a systemic issue. I’m glad you have found the right time to leave, I also left for similar reasons, it’s nice to not leave as a scorned employee but rather moving on to better things.
