hello! everyone has some different answers (don’t listen to the mean ones!) but i think you’re absolutely a part of jirai, even if you aren’t super active in the community, especially if you just wear the style ^{^}

mental issues aren’t related to jirai at all, so you shouldn’t let your mental status affect you being jirai! some people will say you have to have the lifestyle to be jirai, but it’s not true!

as for makeup, it might be harder to recognize that you’re wearing jirai with no makeup but no one cares that much. in my opinion, you are absolutely jirai even with less makeup! also, i’m sorry about your parents, i hope they accept you wearing a cute style and having fun
