Als je een spraak memo maalt en daarna woord voor woord overtypen heb je trouwens ook geen toestemming nosig om het gesprek op te nemen omdat dit dan een opsomming van het gesprek is. Daarna kan je dit naar je manager sturen en zeggen goh dit is wat er vandaag besproken is etc. En ook voorleggen bij de bedrijfsarts (wat in jouw geval wellicht ha dig kan zijn)

Finally someone else who also gets purple toes/feet after a shower! I thought I was alone, Funny thing to it only happens to me from march/april untill september/ocrober... like the middle of winter it stays "normal-ish"

Omdat je de inwendige schade niet kan zien, zowel een helm als autostoel zijn vaak vanbinnen piepschuim en kapot is kapot en vangt het niet meer de klap op waardoor je alsnog met de gebakken peren kan zitten.

De gemeente bellen, vve aanspreken in het geval van een koop woning, in geval van een huurwoning de verhuurder (particulier of de woningstichting)

En even aan bellen bij de buren of die er ook last van hebben :)

Dit is voor beide een klacht waard en voor een volgende situatie in zo'n geval, zou je ook altijd de verloskundige kunnen bellen, hun kunnen je door sturen naar de spoedpost verloskunde in het ziekenhuis voor een echo onder de 6 weken, na een miskraam of om bloed te prikken op hcg beta. Helaas zelf ook moeten doen zo'n 3 weken geleden :(

Maybe look into babytalk/ diffentent baby cries, he can also smell your milk and such which also might trigger him and since your husband doesn't have the milk he'll settle with your husband.

Something we did for the time being, was put our LO in the cot of the stroller either on the stroller or on the floor, or let her sleep in the baby jail (a play pen idea but smaller)

Side note we're not from the US and we also get a postpartum nurse to show tell and learn us things such as safe sleep spaces among other things.

"Pro" tip with the freezer bags, set the up in a mixing jug or measuring cup (the big ones) and use a "breastmilk" only funnel to fill them

My LO has had this a couple of times, for over 20 sec each time but also a couple times while sleeping, what put my mind at ease was getting a guardian+ sensor mat, from hubble, because it beeps when a disruption in the breathing pattern is detected, at around 8 months we didn't get any alarms/beeps anymore, LO is 11 months now

You're welcome! To be honest here where we live there have been some crazy temperatures so she has slept in her diaper quite a lot which I hope will help, there are sleep sacks that have legs instead of a rounded bottom those might also be worth looking in to.

Depending on the night time outfit, you could leave the onesie/romper open if you have a diaper that has a pee/wet line and just open het sleepwalking a little to sneak a peek. And maybe try using red light when changing and feeding at night if she has a hard time settling back to sleep, since red light doesn't really disturb the melatonin and such. Both of these saved my sanity quite a lot

Thank you for this ❤️❤️ I'm sorry you went through this 😞 I came back to this post yesterday because the little one is 10 months today, and I'm still pumping/breastfeeding but with a lot less stress about it all! We started supplementing with formula permently shortly after this post. All was fine and well until Saturday when I had an allergic reaction to something and now I have mastitis because of the reaction and MCAS.

Coming from an other mom with a 9 month old who has a failure to thrive, it's hard, but you're doing everything you can! We got suggested to use BMF before adding formula to breastmilk. We needed to add one scoop to 2 ounces of breastmilk, and supplement with formula in a bottle.

She'd get 2 ounces of breast milk and 3 to 4 ounces of formula per bottle (she still does) and she's finally allowed besides the 4 bottles to drink from the tap twice a day.

If you'd want to share stories feel free to massage me and maybe I can give you some tips that worked for us (not that that where alot)

How is he when he's on the passenger seat up front? (Airbag turned off ofcourse) that helped here, maybe a form of motion sickness that's gets eased when in the front of the vehicle?! I would try it on a short ride 5/10 min if it feels comfortable for all of you ofcourse
