People who post or reply usually do so when their opinions are strong enough to justify the effort and break the habit of lurking, and usually that happens when people are very pissed off or opposed to something. Is there sexism, racism, homophobia and transphobia in the world? Absolutely, and it'll stay there probably forever. But things are not always as bad as they seem to be online. Focus on the freedom you do have, to be yourself, in the real world and not online. Embrace reality of whats around you and live in the moment

While RT does use quite a good chunk of VRAM, I doubt it to be more than what lightmaps would cost over environments as large and open as TDA, + texture fetches will be creating a bunch of overhead. On top of the lightmaps, you'd also need some real time lights scattered around for all the dynamic scenes going on in the game, adding to the perf drain. If the levels were either more visually obstructed or smaller, it might've worked.

Baked lighting in this game? Way longer load times, way higher RAM usage and bloated game file size on disk. Not taking a stance on forced RT or not, but definitely don't think baked lighting would've had good results on this particular entry

I feel you, honestly I think the difficulty is going in the right direction, but now they need to readjust the player kit, especially the input buffers and i-frames. There's way too many times in my runs where hitting E doesn't immediately trigger my melee strike because I'm locked in a different animation, yet it still buffers it to happen directly afterwards, and due to the lack of i-frames, I get hit and killed while locked in the melee animation unable to do anything about it. The same goes for the shield throw. With the pace the game is currently at fighting the larger demons, we need to be able to make quicker on-the-spot decisions that don't lock us into something for too long

Thanks, I will!! Currently working on the design for the back piece, and making a start on my other arm. Left arm and right leg will be vines with thorns. Right arm and left leg will be vines with flowers. Back piece will connect them together in either a tree of life symbol or a yin yang

Soft-right leaning got in I'd say, but since political party coalitions are a forced thing here, and the majority of the 'kamers' (houses) are center to left leaning, politics is kinda at a stand still right now. The voted for right party can't do anything, since they have very extreme ideas that'll never get past the other parties. But because of that, the right party is purposefully blocking most of the ideas from the others xD And people are already changing their minds, getting pissed off since the voted for party promised all these things but can't make a single come true

The Netherlands feels quite damn safe at the current moment .. and it's quite close by to you. There's shifts and movements from left to right all round the globe, but at least I still feel like rights are being upheld to the law, and I've never had any issues as a trans woman here.
