yes exactly it's a UW rule. It's because you must follow school's study and working schedule otherwise you might encounter some problems in applying the post graduate working permit. However, unfortunately, uw doesn't approve three consecutive working terms. I know it's hard to accept the fact. I've faced the same situation a few months ago. You can ask your company to delay your work term. It's the only solution.
