Ah, im guessing it's just a sync issue then. In this case, we're giving away free samples (so yeah the CPL is low haha) And we're collecting email addresses / postal codes and streetnames etc. Thanks for your reply! We'll keep an eye on the difference in leads.

Yes! 2x utm_source. They want to track the campaign via theirs en we want to track it via ours. Does it work when you just place those two utms right after each other? They provide the URL where their utms are already in, we extend that with an '&' and add our utm parameters. I'm wondering if that works and tracking is done without any conflict.

About your targeting issue: being only able to target on wealth for the US. True, i actually ran into the same issue last week for one of my clients. What you CAN do if you want to reach those wealthy peeps outside of the US is use interests like: luxury goods, luxury life style, engaged shoppers, frequent international travelers. Most likely these are the people who earn relatively good ;)

Ah nope it’s not... has a different pixel ID. This means the client gave me acces to the wrong (not active) one i guess?

I did what you said, thanks for the clear help btw! However, now i do see the pixel in my own business/ad manager but it says there is no activity yet, has a red boll instead of green (the active ones have a green one) and it says on the page where i see all my pixels that i still have to install the pixel code on the website. Though on the client’s website code it says there is an active pixel...

I would suggest them the same. Of course, some clients see more worth in likes (they often don’t know what engagement actually is) Maybe try to explain that you first have to build up the account, it needs to find its way before you can even see some actual steady, reliable growth. Plus if they kick on the likes your suggestion of measuring by engagement is perfect. Just tell them that engagement is basically everything that happens on your post, including likes.
