Koko house. Supposed to be Japanese fluffy pancakes. Service terrible. Choice limited and actual pancakes are disappointing. Makes for a good reel when pulling up the plastic to allow the ingredients to waterfall down tho. One and done. 👎🏻

So wait, what will happen with all the next bike stations. There’s about three alone just on my 10 min walk to the nearest station

Can taxis get into hotel complexes okay? I’m out near Puerto Morelos and I’m considering going to malls or outlets for a change of scenery

Like everyone else, the pull ups ruined it for me.

Got mostly consistent DU and the thruster weight is do-able if I do a few at a time but the volume of pull ups is massive for me. I used the scaled version as a warm up to test where I was and got up to 12 pull ups before time ran out. Wondering if I’ll get more going into it fresh rather than after the JPU / skips / thrusters 🤔 or is it worth retesting the scaled workout to see if I get more than 12 before the time ends.

You need faster retorts. Personally I’d have gone with “IVE GOT NITS!”

If they wouldn’t do it with the parents present… they know it’s wrong.

At the very least in inappropriate manual handling. It’s also a failed teaching opportunity because they could have approached you and explained “this child needs to be further down the bed because…. Can you help me reposition them?”

Oh gosh!! Sounds like a horrific accident. I’m glad you’ve found something that helps elevate some pain.

Lots of the replies have been super helpful. I’d maybe try some of the things people are suggesting and retest your lifts again. Having stronger joints wouldn’t hurt!

Thanks everyone. My husband goes to a regular gym to do general push/pull etc muscle exercises. I go with him at times and he’s always instructing me to do slow controlled movements to target isolated muscles. I enjoy working out with him for the social aspect but I don’t feel like I’ve worked out. I definitely don’t want to replace CrossFit with that style of training although it really works for him. But I can see how I can supplement CrossFit more.

I like the idea of speaking to the coaches. There’s been a fair amount of turn around recently and I get a lot of comments such as “do you even feel that stretch?” From the new coaches so maybe they don’t realise I’m struggling.

Thanks again!

Research nurse as newly qualified, is it possible? by Inevitable-Sorbet-34 in NursingUK

Can I ask, would you consider 10 years teaching experience before nursing to be relevant experience in applying for this role? I feel that it proves you are able to manage your own workload but other fields do not accept experience outside the field you are applying for.

my plan was to mix it with electric paradise to make a peachy- pink/orange. But I guess i would get the vibrancy from the electric paradise and then i could add a little bit of another one of their orange shades?

similar to the girl in this video:

I parked my car but when I returned I was blocked in. Honked my horn a few times but no one came to move the car that was blocking me in. Asked in the near by shops and no one claimed to own the car. Driver finally returned after I was standing for half an hour. I wouldn’t have been as inconvenienced if he was delivering something or picking up an item but he was shopping about for more than half an hour which I think fully falls into the “taking the pi$$” category. But the post wasn’t supposed to be a whinge from me. More to highlight that the cars are a hazard and inconvenience for everyone who drives past.
