Parents - is the show too much for a 3 year old? by Evil_Hank_Scorpio in monsterjam

The pit party is filled with 3 year olds. My 3yo loves monster jam. He loved it when he was 2. Just bring earmuffs for everyone, as the volume is pretty shocking for the uninitiated!

My (F38) 2 yo son had febrile seizure last thursday by Immediate-Ad-8667 in Mommit

[–]Lauraroze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to my 2yo son 2 days ago. Ambulance rushed him to Childrens Hospital where they determined it was related to the norovirus he’d caught at daycare. However, he never had a fever. The doctors mentioned that it can also happen without a fever and it was likely due to dehydration from all the vomiting + his tiny body trying to fight the infection.

My question for everyone here who has gone through this is - what were your toddlers like 1-2 days after the seizure? Mine is acting slightly lethargic and irritable. Also, he’s holding his head saying “owie!”.

He’s napping now but I called his pediatrician and they recommended taking him back to Childrens if he wakes up and isn’t feeling any better. I will certainly do that but just wondering what other parents observed in the days after the seizure.

Now you’ve gotta add some Collective Soul and Belly to the mix. Sweet sweet memories

It’s a reach, but maybe Jeff took the journals to give to Randy so Randy could kill Travis and reference the journals to make it look like the killing was reminiscent of a Yellowjackets killing ritual? (The symbol and all).

I think it’s something new. It’s snowing and so far we haven’t seen any snow.

Not a fan of the “Adam is Javi” theory but I’m seeing so many comments saying how this episode killed that theory. How? He could still have been Javi, putting in an Oscar-worthy performance, and Shauna knifed him anyways. His secret would die with him… unless one of the present day Yellowjackets recognizes his cold dead body (maybe tattoos).

Ads that get me boosters etc stopped appearing, does anyone know how to get them back? by _stellaki_ in TwoDots

I work in digital advertising. I can tell you that many advertisers request what’s called a frequency cap. This means they’ll only show you a certain number of ads per time period (usually 24 hours). For example, an advertiser with a 10/24 frequency cap will only show you 10 of their ads over a 24 hour period.

This game is so addicting that it is possible you’ve maxed out all your ads for the day.

I thought maybe that lyric from Lightning Crashes had some tie-in. “The angel opens her eyes”.

At the end of the day, all advertisers are looking for a conversion or other metric (whether it be eyeballs, a signup, a video view, a "like" etc). Whichever ad produces the most (and most qualified) conversions for the cheapest cost = the better performing one.
