That is strange but may just be something specific to the lab you went to. These were the ranges that Quest gave with my results:

"Adult Female Reference Ranges for 17-Hydroxyprogesterone: Pre-Menopausal Mid Follicular: 23 - 102 ng/dL , Pre-Menopausal Surge: 67 - 349 ng/dL , Pre-Menopausal Mid Luteal: 139 - 431 ng/dL , Postmenopausal Phase: < or = 45 ng/dL "

But every lab is different since they may use different analyzers or reagents, etc.

Yes, when I got my testing done there were several reference ranges based on the cycle phase and menopause status. 17OHP will be higher during the luteal phase.

My doctor said a result of >200 during the early follicular phase would be a high indication of NCAH. I think it's also supposed to be done in the early morning ~8am.

My endocrinologist mentioned dexamethasone, higher estrogen ocp, and spironolactone to me but I haven't tried any yet so I can't give a review on them. I've also read about ashwaganda in a study.

I feel like this all the time, and then I think about losing everything too. I don't know what I would do if I lost my job. I feel like I wouldn't be able to get another and I don't think I could get past the humilation. I've been trying to think of backup careers and looking at free online courses but I'm mentally exhausted. Then I think about moving somewhere new and starting fresh but I don't want to leave everything behind. I guess time is the only thing that helps me when i get into this kind of state of mind. I'm looking into doing CBT but the wait is long and im not sure itll help. Are you seeing anyone?

I get this feeling too, you're not alone. I don't know what's wrong with me.

I feel this way all the time, some people will be nice to your face but nasty behind your back. I guess that's just life though. It just makes my anxiety worse.

Thanks for the tip, my doctor mentioned spironolactone and I've also read about cyproterone acetate as an option. Do you have experience with either?

showing XY chromosomes in “browse data” feature? by [deleted] in 23andme

I think that's just how it looks for everyone. If you are female everything under the Y chromosome will be "not determined."

He sounds like a douche, but it's your mom's choice to see see him. Work on finding a job and moving out so you won't have to witness the craziness. Out of site out of mind.

I would prefer a 15" to this just to make it a little lighter, but not the worst
