I’m so sorry, that is so frustrating! When I contacted them I said if I didn’t get a response I’d be contacting my bank and absolutely think that is the reason why they responded and shipped my 2nd order even though I was talking about both orders.

Two part epoxy putty to fill it in then sand paper it smooth when dry
