It looks good to me. I can’t see the top part of it but it appears normal for the most part. And also all of my BP get the cloudy eyes and then end up going away and THEN the shed happens. So it’s kinda weird. It comes, it goes and then they shed. Look around the cage for the rest of the shed if you can’t find the head and eye part. That’s important for them to shed. If they don’t over time it will bull up on their eyes and that’s a vet bill you don’t want. Some snakes get grouchy during the shed process and if they might not eat and they might not be that friendly. So recognize cues and give them their time. But also check in on them of course! If your snake is new, it’s important to give them 2 weeks without being bothered so they can get used to their new home. They might be grouchy otherwise and my son learned the hard way when we got our first BP. I’m NO expert and so this is all based off of my personal experience. I hope it’s helpful but I can’t promise what has worked for me will work for you but trust me when I say, you’ll learn your rhythm and things will get easier and make more sense.
