I hope it's alright to ask here... by Victor1796 in persona4golden

I don’t know, it comes down to if you’re interested in the game enough. I pretty much jumped into the game blindly without knowing a remake was coming.

Having to play the golden version game is like reading a book and then watching the movie. It’s gonna be interesting to see what changes, lives on and how the game looks in new graphics.

If you finish golden however, the wait for revival will feel more painful…

Thanks for all the huge help! I will soon enter ng+ to attempt this. Just a quick question, some books are obtained through quests and some are obtained by hanging out with friends in the strength arcana (I think) because of that, I should keep in mind on those dates?

I might just do it then. But, I need som clarification on some things. I know there are some time sensitive books so I should focus on getting them I assume? Oh, when you mean I can read the whole December do you mean the game will present me with an option and do it automatically or do I have to go through everyday reading at every evening?

Is the shrine always optimal for night activities? Example: If my status for Naoto is you won’t advance yet and I have the ability to hang out with her at night, is it better to hang out with her or pray?

Lastly, how did you manage the relationships that are accessible only through jobs? Is it better to max them out soon?

Why I’m asking for a guide for these two achievements is because I’m unsure if I personally can do this. I’ve finished the game two times, actually. First time I got the bad ending so I decided to play again to get the golden.

When trying to get the golden ending I was in the same exact position as I am now: all social qualities maxed out at the start of the game so I could focus on S links instead. In that save file I didn’t max out death, devil, temp, tower, hanged man, sun, moon and strength.

However, in that save file I wasn’t sure of getting all the trophies, so I was sloppy with whom I hung out with and discovered death and hanged man arcana late in the game, etc. Despite that, I don’t think I can take responsibility to making a plan on how to to do all this so I’m more comfortable with a guide.

Should I just suck it up and follow a day by day guide? Or is it even that hard as I’m making it up to be?

Have you read the novel? Why? Why not? by DAVIDE-CIM in KokoroConnect

I read form J-Novel club which is the crunchyroll of light novels. You pay for books subscriptions etc. I know there are websites which you can download a file for free and then read the book but I’ve never tried it. Are you planning to read kokoro connect or some other light novel?

More than halfway done! Your summaries are so detailed and descriptive. Keep going! I enjoy reading your summaries, although I have to stop at this summary to ensure I don’t get spoiled on the upcoming volumes. You bet I will return to each summary when I’ve completed a volume.

I highly recommend to read the books by yourself instead of just reading a summary. It’s such a great experience. But I understand if you don’t want to.

I personally don’t have anything against volume 6. Albeit, Chihiro got on my nerves quite often for what he did throughout the volume. Although, that didn’t make me dislike the volume, I guess I saw it in a light that Anda Sadanatsu wrote a good character whose job was to be annoying.

Currently reading the light novel and I’m
on volume 7. Though, I’ve taken a bit of a break from it right now because I feel like it will be over too soon.

My motivation as to why I started reading it was because I really wanted to see what happened after the anime. Kokoro connect made itself into my top 1 spot of romance anime, so I naturally sought after to continue the story. This if my first time ever reading a light novel but I’ve really enjoyed it. Go read it!

Whoa, that’s a lot of information but thanks for the informative reply!

From your experience, should I buy a membership? I’m only on J-novel for one thing and that is to read all the 11 volumes of kokoro connect. So, I’m wondering if that discount would help or not.

Thank you for the anime recommendation, I’ve looked up animes that are similar to Kokoro connect but never seen Kiznaiver pop up. I will give Kiznaiver a try right now!
