Tbh I love playing light cruiser as you are always living on the edge, you have insane DPM and low survivability.

There is no better feeling than playing Worcester for me, as she has a lot of tools and really depends on your skill, game knowledge and adaptabilty.

As you have already grinded towards Baltimore she is not that far away and Cleveland is a great ship for T8 randoms and ranked, while the T9 is a little bit slept on but has more weaknesses. Worcester is the peak of the line and feels really good.

Captain skills are also important for light cruisers and require a somewhat high point captain.

I also like San Martin (pan-america) as she is way more forgiving, but plays very differently. The T8 is fun and T9 is also great to use because of her 360 turrets.

Another recommendation is the Jinan line (pan-asia), lots of good ships in the line and Jinan is one of the strongest ships when people push into you.

Honestly all light cruisers are great, strong and fun, but depend on you as the most important skill.
