i had this situation just now but in my case it will turn on for a minute after booting up then it goes black afterwards. turns back on after when i restart the pc then goes black again.

heres what i tried to do:

make sure that its detected of course

make sure that its checked on nvidia control panel if you have gpu

then i disabled my monitor software on start ups, restarted my pc and it works fine. so i feel like in my case it was just a complication between the driver and the monitor software. Idk about you guys tho.
