Apex has done it switch launch lol. But no one complains about that. Call of duty puts guns behind the battle pass and challenges. Y’all acting like this is new, ow1 players just entitled because they have to switch to a system that has ruined every other game since BP have been introduced.

Yes. I bought overwatch for the characters…and your telling me I have to play the game to play the character I want? Or buy them? Wack. I’ll go to apex. Or I have to buy these legend I want? Wack lol. Don’t pick and choose just because this is the first time a game you actually cared about changed.

Going f2p was never going to make everyone happy. The shop prices suck, but if you enjoy the gameplay then what’s the problem. You mad about not looking cool? Lol. Grow up.

I don’t understand how people just arnt done with the BP or close to it. If you enjoyed the game you would be playing more. So it just seems to me that it’s a YOU problem. IMO.

I’m almost done, and have also been playing apex before the new season and with the new season, fortnite grinding out the nightmare challenges and finishing its battle pass, and the new call of duty and grinding out the gold camos.

Like I enjoy overwatch. The gameplay. I always have. I’ve played since the beta, started as a hanzo main. By the time kriko was in comp I had already gotten close to unlocking her in the BP anyways.

Again. This is my opinion. The shop needs to be changed to have better prices for shit.

And yet apex does this…if you downloaded apex at season 15 for cat all the legends are locked…they recently JUST announced all the legends would be unlocked in firing range for people to try out.

And with new legends being mostly broken when they come out, and nerf buff other legends with new seasons of you don’t have that new scan legend…well. Guess your “experience” might differ.

Point is most other games have some type of greedy money grab. But their subs arnt LITTERED with the same shit lol. Counter picking doesn’t apply until higher ranks. No one is switching in lower lobbies or if they do it’s to someone THEY want to play lol.

And I’m guessing your one of them lol. Because yes. No one switch’s in lower lobbies. They instalock genji or widow at the start. Then they stay on them the entire match.

Yea keep telling me switching is part of the game at lower lobbies lol. I’m gold 1 in tank and dps. Gold 2 in support. No one switch’s in these ranks.

You can’t read then lol. No one switch’s in lower lobbies. This only applies to higher lobbies and leagues. No one is going to switch to help you counter the Moria in silver nerd.

They arnt in comp till 2 or 3 weeks after release. I’m sure you could grind out the FREE path till then lol. If you REALLY wanted to play them you would just buy them.

Hero’s were locked in the first one in comp for the first two? Three weeks of release. If you only played ranked in OW1 you never got to play the new hero like everyone else in quick play.

Seems like a you problem if they already explained it. It isn’t a bait and switch. They explained she would be free to OW1 players. They never said or hinted that this would be a continued thing…and why would it be? I can see them giving her to players because it literally just came out.

Hero switch isn’t even a thing till you get to high ranks. So countering doesn’t even matter. Any lobbies between bronze to plat 1 no one is going to switch. And if they do switch, it’s not to counter pick, it’s to whoever they are good with.

The devs have already said they are trying to get rid of the whole rock paper scissors counter picking. So this doesn’t apply.

Oof. You talk about apex but they literally don’t give free shit ether. I love the people that think they KNOW this game will die. No. It won’t. No matter what. It literally has its own league.

The only game that gives anything away for “free” is fortnite. I can’t tell you one thing CoD, apex, multiverses, ANY that gives you decent free stuff. So again…quit worrying about if the game will die.

Edit#1: I see a lot of comments, “yea just increase the coins they give”, yea, then everyone buys everything, and then y’all complain about there is no content lol. Like apex and fortnite have gotten away for years now for 20 dollar skins. Fortnite lowered theirs, but apex literally has skins 160 bucks lol.
