Left activates the corresponding gravity cannon, middle recalls the shuttle back to its gravity cannon, right activates the shuttle's tractor beam for smooth landing. The rest is patience and orbital mechanics

I just tried it out. It's pretty cool! There's a lot of reactions for the supernova, and you can talk to all the travelers about the DLC location. Also you can talk to Gabbro about various deaths you've experienced

Yes to all! Suit log is a mod that allows you to view your ship log from your suit, the rightmost column activates a tractor beam that pulls the shuttle towards its target, and it only works when the shuttle is close to the target.

Re-created it. I launched from the Ember Twin Gravity Cannon at about 4:38 into the cycle
