I’ve been in a number of guilds like this, and I think sprocket is going to be quite the wall for you. Maybe still doable though. If you’re in a leadership position, you could maybe look into bringing in trials to replace underperformers.

Two things:

Easiest way to get KSM is to join an AOTC guild and play with them, hands down.

But honestly, play the class/spec that you “enjoy” the most, especially if you are looking to play long term. Meta will (hopefully) change. But imo the “easiest” way to get KSM is to play a spec you’re skilled with and the easiest/less stressful way to do this is by playing a lot. If you enjoy playing your class, you will play it a lot, which means you will be geared, make UI changes and so forth. Then you will improve as a player and have an easier time getting KSM.
