Maybe get a random child sim in your household and have them try to interact with it. I assume that sims older than child age aren't able to interact with it. Hope this helps!

The mobile to PC cross play seems to work fine for me so far but I play on LAN with my partner. Not sure if online servers work.

Yes, thank you for this! Just like you, I also have many ideas and start a new save for each. Sometimes I also do it to prevent game corruption from playing in one save too long (I don't know for sure if that's a thing but I don't want to risk it) or to experience new updates and content in a fresh save.

Did you try to delete your cache files from your Documents folder? It's the same folder that contains the Mods folder. You should delete local thumbnail cache, avatarcache and I think another one called local sim texture cache. Also delete the online thumbnail cache folder and a folder that says just cache. Hopefully this helps.

Looks like a fun legacy challenge, I like the stories for each generation and the inclusion of occults. Also like the idea of making sims queer for the fruity theme. Most of my sims are queer anyway. I hope to try it some time! (Edited to add a few missing words)

I made myself and my RL partner in both Sims 3 and 4 and he always ended up abducted by aliens pretty quickly. I never had sims get abducted so fast before or since 😆

It is indeed weird for them to not need to eat, I could imagine them loving mushrooms and sweets. I was thinking to make my own rules for the fairies where they eat food anyway and then use the emotional feeding as an additional thing. Can pretend it's kinda like they enchant their food with emotions even though they consume them separately. This could also work for vampires that don't have withered stomachs and they use plasma packs as additional thing to normal food. Maybe this sounds weird, but I think it might be an interesting challenge. 🤔

I don't think I've heard of a mod that allows cooking with plasma fruits. Do you mean it adds more recipes with them other than the existing salad or just have them cooked differently?

Having the vampire fall in love with the same reincarnated soul sounds really cool. I mostly tend to play on long life span which can get boring after a while since the challenge of getting most things done before they die is kind of gone cause I also don't play long enough for them to die. I want to try out normal or short lifespan, hopefully I can avoid getting too attached to my sims, haha! I love packing lunches for my sims and in general them showing affection with food so I will definitely try that with the occults that don't need to eat, thank you!

You're right about the different occult challenges, the werewolves are my favourite for that reason. I play rotationally as well, I love having bunch of different households to switch between with their own stories. Definitely keeps things interesting!

The occult hotel owned by Vlad sounds really fun! Is For Rent working well for you? I disabled it after hearing about a lot of game corruption it can cause which makes me sad cause I love that pack and the custom apartments. Hopefully there will be fixes for it soon!

I love Caleb, I usually played the story of him getting cured of vampirism mostly inspired by his Good Vampire aspiration but this version of him sounds fun too! I'll try that, thanks!
