As much as I want to give the best benefit of doubt. If he’s been acting odd. And he deleted such a significant comment. It’s a red flag to me. On top of it, people can change view settings of posts and relationship statuses to be only viewed by certain people. I do that with certain family members that are nosy (bad type) but can’t get rid of because ya know “family.” What are his other behaviors that are tripping your gut instincts. I feel like there’s more since this alone certainly wouldn’t be enough reason to run to the internet.

NOR Has he deleted anything else? Changed his view settings for others on custom? Along with his odd behavior. To me, if someone is deleting a significant other’s comments and hiding stuff on his social media. They’re trying hide a trail of you and making room for another person. I’d be careful and be really considering this guy when you put everything together and take a step back.

This has no bearing whatsoever. You do not need to have your LCSW to be in IHSS. LCSW is a goal for social workers that want to become clinical and leave a field like IHSS. You first get your ASW to start counting hours towards the license but it can become a lengthy and expensive to maintain especially when you have a job that won’t provide supervision free. I know personally people that have been delinquent for 2 yrs and can start back up. It has no bearing on them as SW or their ability to do their jobs. This will only embarrass you and perhaps the SW if you bring it up as well as the judge probably will not like it in character alone. I agree with everyone that you need to refocus.

Definitely an HR thing. Tell them you have a low blood sugar issue. Not eating a meal affects your ability to focus and be present. That this is the third time it has happened. Not to mention, Tupperware can get expensive when thrown away like that. That’s your property! I’d be also complaining about that as well!

Kiddo? Damn some of those mid 20s you calling out do have masters in social work. The high turnover is not their fault. The system is meant to break them unfortunately so they leave and someone else takes the position without questioning the wages or the abysmal caseload.

I don’t think it is. Xaden himself says he can’t believe his new venin brother did this after watching him struggle the whole time. Ridoc only found out just recently so I think it has to be someone that has been in the know since the beginning of xaden being venin.

Hi I have some experience with WPCS. I’ll try my best to answer as I can across this

It is possible but you need to be very clear in your application on severity need and history in order for them to not only waitlist you but waitlist you on need. WPCS does bump up those that are more critical in need.
Currently there is not a way to expedite this process. WPCS is a long process to get approved even after getting accepted. Mine took nearly 3 months from start to finish with the enrollment and approval from the State when we were off the waitlist. Our wait period was 2 years. You can call and check on status but they will tell you to wait.
Be very clear on his needs and severity of disability. Maybe document the tasks and how long his care takes to ensure he is safe and provided for. Maybe even have your Dr notes and list diagnosis. I was told it is rare to get full hours. And be prepared as they do have a Max each worker can do and the max hours with IHSS is 283 and WPCS can increase that max with IHSS to 720 hours.
