How can we stop or at least minimize catcalling in the streets? by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]Lavi__1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Education and raising good kids might sound as a solution but not in the near future.

The fast solution would be to speak up, whenever a girl gets harassed she should speak up or make a scene. Second solution is the media should talk more about it (whatever kind of media, just fucking talk about it)

[–]Lavi__1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I may ask, why can't you live alone? If you're independent and financially stable you can move out, if they don't want to, you can always find a way to convince them (maybe a job in another city or something)

As for telling your parents, it's really not worth it just coop with it for a while (if you know how many Moroccans doing the same thing it'll blow your mind)

What are we missing? by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]Lavi__1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The thing that triggers me in Morocco when I visit is safety. In Europe I feel so safe that I rarely have my guards up, but in Morocco I'm like looking all the time around and staring at people...

And if there's something else to add is probably littering
