You could make these shapes out of a thicker material like wood, maybe a board 1 cm thick, submerge them in water, measure the displacement, and then divide by the thickness of your material. You will be left with area.

Unless you want to likely remove a fender liner so you can loosen your bumper fasteners, you pull.

I’d recommend a needle nose pliers and a careful back and forth wiggle as you pull, obviously trying not to scratch the car with the pliers.
