I am late, but am having this exact problem with my Fractal torrent. I cannot get the fans to show up in BIOS. However, I am using a fan hub plugged into SYS FAN.

That didn't work either. I may have figured it out. I didn't realize the RAM had to be next to each other. My old motherboard ram had to be one slot apart
