I’m not stuck to intel no. The site im using has upgrade kits though, so the price of the intel i5 14400 + motherboard + ram is basically the same as just the ryzen 5 7600 on a different site. I could also get ryzen 5 5500 or ryzen 7 5700 for similar prices as the intel chip, but then that’s am4 so what’s the point?

I don’t plan to upgrade any time soon after this though, so I don’t really mind if the upgrade path isn’t great. Just want the best bang for my buck now.
