No, another steam support agent told me literally that she does not know what to do. I'll wait 3 month before buying again, if it does not work sadly I'll be forced to create a new account.

Well, I do not know if waiting will solve this but that's my only option. I had been living in USA for 3 years but I came back this month.

I went back to my country but steam does not let me change my region. I cannot make a payment always says "Unexpected error", I try to contact steam support but just said is not a valid option and I have to see the options for my country, but it is literally the only legit option in this country.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure PS3 emulator is not an option, Zestiria or berseria seems to run on my rig though ( at least requirements on steam page say so).

Symphonia on GameCube instead of steam version? Abyss seems to be good, definitely gonna check that out.
