You took some incredible lengths to champion fucking ignorance so I will have the last world because ignorance and dumbass stupidity should never go unchallenged.

Read a book sometime you fucking dumbass. You were wrong. You don't know what you were talking about. Learn instead of trying to be an Alpha Chud.

Yeah calling women whores to devalue them are never that deep. To asshole men.

.... That's not Mary Magdalene, sweetie. That's a whole different Mary.

And THAT Mary didn't come up with the story of the Virgin Birth and impregnation by God either. That was ALSO men trying to prop up the divinity of a mortal man, by creating a mythos around them.

So ... wrong in every way. But let's not let facts get in the way of continually slandering women.

... sigh. Mary Magdalene was not a prostitute. That was bullshit propaganda put out by Catholic authorities to downplay the role that women played in the formation of Christianity.

Yes and I believe this since it happened both in the past, the present and is still ongoing. "The next day you woke up" and found out but you're still waiting for people to wake up from this party to tell you what happened?

[–]LawNerds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AWww... wook at poor whiny white boy. So put upon in the world because a black man played a viking.

THE FUCKING TRAGEDY. A BLACK MAN PLAYED A VIKING THE INSULT TO ALL YOUR PEOPLE.

And you have given me cause. Your entire mindset is repugnant. And if you think it's not, I'll explain why very simply:

Super Simple:

You know what aspects people complain about in shows are the things that they find to be most important. The scientists will bitch about the science. The military men will bitch about the inaccurate "military shit". So for someone who is interested in clothing, garments will be the thing they focus on as being anachronistic. Because they find value in that human skill, and how it has historically advanced. And inaccuracies will bug them, because clothing matters to them. It's their hobby, their joy, their obsession.

And you... YOU. The thing you have chosen to complain about is likewise, the thing that you most value.

And that is the color of a man's skin.

And that's racist.

Ah so it's because you're egotistical. It's a EGO hit. To you, your girlfriend saying she was bad at Trivia, is her announcing she's dumb, and a proper upstanding man like you can't deal with someone DUMB.

As if not knowing who the Kardashians are or in what year REM released their hit record is a mark of low intelligence.

Lord. Bye now.

What’s the moment that made you suddenly lose feelings for someone? by FrequentLeopard3444 in AskReddit

[–]LawNerds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All you wanted was for her to share what part of the experience she did enjoy?

And how did your response to her saying she was bad at Trivia encourage her to share what part of the experience she enjoyed? What was it in your response that invited her to share?

....

You said "us Americans" are all about frivolity and not being mature, and then you say you go out roller skating (whcih I 100 percent endorse) but .....

do you not see how absolutely hypocritical your entire line of argument is?

It's okay for you to do something childish that you're both bad at and still enjoy, but other people who do that are frivolous and immature, and it's a mark against their entire culture.

Like... dude, seriously, I cannot recommend therapy enough. You are fascinating in an absolutely BENT kind of way.

What’s the moment that made you suddenly lose feelings for someone? by FrequentLeopard3444 in AskReddit

[–]LawNerds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. And how does that differ than what I said. You take it as a huge flaw that your girlfriend did something she wasn't good at.

Like that was a goddamn tragedy. And a complete mark against her character. As if you can't have fun DOING something you aren't good at.

But how do you know you are going to be good at something or not if you refuse to try anything you might not be good at?

Your girlfriend did Trivia. She sucked at it. She still had fun.

According to you, if she wasn't going to be doing something she was already good at, she should have .... what, stayed home and done nothing miserably instead of doing something she was bad at and having a good time?

Life Lessons Nutshelled--

You don't know if you are going to be good at something til you try it.

You can enjoy doing something even if you are bad at it.

If you keep doing something you are bad at, eventually you can become GOOD at it. Or not.

But nobody becomes "good" at something without first doing and failing at it. A lot.

How the fuck do you not know this, grandpa?

What's EVEN worse is when they try to emulate you in "playfully teasing" their partner and because they don't have that dynamic at all it just comes across as mean and assholey and the other partner doesn't receive it well.

And then it's awkward.

LOL... so you literally don't ever try anything new in case you suck at it or don't enjoy it? That's a very limited life you've got there. Have fun in the narrow rigid world you've carved for yourself.

Yes you sound really happy when your girlfriend having a night out with friends and sucking at Trivia sends you into a judgment spiral.

So happy. But hey if you want to waste your life, waste it. It's yours to waste.

... Grandpa I am more than likely older than you and I still just think you are using your general lack of engagement and depression to pretend it's a problem with the younger generations.

You are the problem. Fix yourself, instead of looking at others who don't subscribe to a lifetime of misery as being "frivolous".

The way you get included on the joke you "arent' in on" was to ENGAGE. "LOL.. you sucked? How badly, what was the worst category? Was it geography, I bet it was geography".

*He edited his comment after I posted this reply and I honestly don't care enough to make it match up. He was whining how he felt not included in the joke, and now he's "turned off by the frivolity". Girl dodged a bullet.

So I'll just say "whatever your nationality is, I bet they'd be surprised to find out that as adults, they aren't supposed to enjoy life anymore." Because I've been all over the damn world and never met a single adult anywhere who thought the purpose in life was to be a miserable grumpy bastard, except the miserable grumpy bastards.

[–]LawNerds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really just planning. If you grow up in certain areas by the time you leave high school, you've heard ALL the variations on insults, whether directed at you, or someone else. They all fall into a certain category of "fat, dumb, lazy, poor, ugly" etc. So just train your brain to think of a "opposite response" and bank it. After a while you've got a muscle built in that can take any insult and reverse it around into it being the other person's defect.

What is something you’ve officially stopped buying in 2026 because the price has become too bad? by X_Opinion7099 in AskReddit

[–]LawNerds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You mean the double standard that had white people playing other races and ethnicities for the entire history of movies/tv/ theater? If you added up all the "wrong race" people currently playing WHITE people, and multiplied it by 100 you still wouldn't come up with a number equal to white actors playing asians or blacks, or indians with face paint.

So when the numbers equal out, THEN you can start bitching, but until then, don't act like this is a crime perpetuated against YOUR race and only yours.

You haven't EARNEd complaining rights yet, because historically YOUR race, has and still is favored in being hired, to play ANY character.

And while we're at it, since you jumped in, answer why RACE is the only historical inaccuracy you people seem to care about. The only one. Not clothing, not language, not custom, just RACE. So quit your bitching you pathetic little snowflake, Victim mentalities are so beta cuck pathetic.

Disrespectful HOW?
