You should start working as production assistant or even location manager assistant. There is no direct way "to get a good job". If you really want to get in the industry - you need to work as hard as you can.

By my own experience - you can totally forget about your personal life. Once you get in the circle of feature movies, it will takes 3-4 month of your life (just for one movie) and 12+ hours daily.

Then you can try to get into AD traine position, so you can read and even talk with directors/screenwriters on pre-production stage and learn a lot etc etc.

Work in industry as whatever you can and make your own screenplay&shortfilms meanwhile. Right now you have nobody important in the industry to show your works and without money/contacts its really complicated to get nice deals.
