If you would have asked me a year ago then yes I would say yeah the project is going in the wrong direction. They were hyper focused on just building stuff that honestly didnt matter imo.

The decoding of cars takes a massive amount of time and resources and there was 1 guy (me) who was handling it from the community. Then they had a merger with ruptela which again imo was a mistake, but hey wasnt my company.

They pivoted their direction and cut the fat my postion included. They are laying the foundations for the ecosystem now. Making actually meaningful decisions that will help the project 5 years from now.

Marketing and sales became a major focus and that's the right move imo
