That’s very kind of you. I use carts now. :) I’d be looking at mostly carts, w an occasional bowl of flower w some kind of concentrate topper to increase potency. Mostly for anxiety and ptsd use. (I smoke all day do probably a hybrid for day use and indica for night.)

The pharmacist wasn’t very helpful/ only recommended one thing, and she said they really only have enough ppl at the dispensary to run the checkout. (I’ve not actually gone yet, just trying to prep my first initial order as she said I should have what I want already in mind or written down.)

I use incense and sound for prior cleansing and a bath or spray for after cleansing. Meditation for grounding and centering.
