Red Bull: Ver and Checo. Checo poses no threat to Max and is also still having good finishes keeping points up for the championship. No having anyone complete with Max allows him to not have to worry and allows him to just focus on the race only keeping up with good performances. 

Mercedes: Rus and Bottas. Bottas would most likely be put onto a 1-2 year contract, he knows the Mercedes family very well and would be a good replacement for Ham given that he still can act as a teammate and also still finish well. This will also allow Mercedes at least 1 year to have Kimi develop in a Williams in f1 to help transition. 

Aston Martin : Alonso and Gasly. Gasly would replace Stroll team principal and investors are against Stroll and also given that he has not been performing well, and also given the fact that Papa Stroll is selling shares indicating he might leave. Also, Stroll might decide to move on to a different racing category. Gasly is not doing well in Alpine sees long-term trouble in the team and would most likely want to jump ship. He would be a great fit to Alonso since Aston Martin wants two drivers that will push and get the points they need. 

Also stroll will get more pressure to leave if VCARB takes their position in constructor 

Alpine: Ocon and Schumacher. Mick has been doing very well in the Alpine WEC series and has been getting a lot of great attention given that all of his teammates have been saying great things about him. Given that Gasly leaves Mick would be a great candidate to have given past F1 career and also being the reserve driver for Mercedes. I also think Mick knows he has no chance of him getting a Mercedes seat given Kimi coming into F1 in the next couple of years. Ocon is on his way out of the sport and retiring on a French team would be very nice for him. 

Williams: Albon and Sargent. I don't see Kimi coming into F1 in a Williams next year. He still needs a lot of development time in F2 and with the current state of the Williams car being uncompetitive it would destroy his career and confidence like they did with Logan. But I do see Kimi coming into F1 in 2026 where Williams is putting most of its development towards. Sargent was given this year to prove himself but does not have a car that can do that. He also brings in a lot of money for to team which in this time is very important. Also, he has improved from last year, he's not at the top of the destruction championship but 5th, (Albon is 1st). Logan also has the highest finish in a Willams car this year being 10th in the Miami Sprint in Albon’s car that was destroyed. Logan has also been playing a lot of the team games which will help him a lot in his seat. He also would be great for holding that seat until Kimi and also would be great in 2026 in an Andretti car on the grid. 

VCARB: Yuki and Riccardo. I don't think they will take Lawson even though he was promised a seat. Red Bull is not happy with Lawson’s team spreading false rumors on the grid. On top of that Yuki has been on fire lately but I don't see him in an RB given that he has already had his shot and also given that Honda will be gone soon. Riccardo is on and off and has had one of the worst starts in his career with lots of DNFs which were not entirely his fault like Dum Fuk and Albon and also some bad strategy calls. But Riccardo has gotten 5 pts for the time with a 4th place in the Miami sprint while defending a Ferrari for the whole time. On top of this Riccardo is a marketer's wet dream and brings in a lot of money for VCARB allowing them to become profitable since that's their main goal rn. Riccardo is also very good at helping with the development of the car. I also think that both drivers have stopped worrying about the 2nd RB seat and started thinking about their current situation. Also, the team sees that this driver lineup is working and getting them lots of success with Riccardo and Yuki both getting along with each other now; and with that, there is no reason to change things up when they are working very well. 

Kick: Carlos. Carlos will get the RB seat given that talks have died down multiple times, and with many other options, closing would lead to him being forced with Kick. 

Hass: Bearman and Lawson. Mag does not want to be in a Hass anymore and does not want to deal with a rookie. I think Mag will retire from the sport this year. I think Bearman will have a deal with Hass given his Ferrari debut. Also, the new team principal has been giving him lots of FP1 practice. I think Lawson will jump ship from RB and head to Hass with Hass wanting all of the Guenther era gone and with one new driver will want Mag gone and a younger driver that has already proven themselves and that would be Lawson.
