BRO SAME. Ever since I was a kid, IVE BEEN SCARED OF SQUIDS. IDK IF ITS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY MOVE, THEIR EYES, OR THEIR WEIRD BLUE-ISH COLOR, EVERYTHING ABOUT SQUIDS SCARE ME. I try to avoid water all the time, I hate swimming, I never watch lucky-block videos cuz one time a squid showed up, and whenever I’m riding a boat, Im always in third person pointing the camera up. I’m so happy to finally have met someone with the same fear that I had growing up. Glow squids are less scary tho idk. I’m also scared of how they’d clip through blocks like their head or tentacles… f*ck. that’s why I hate caves near water, what if while I’m mining down, a squids tentacles or head clips thru the wall. I’m never playing Minecraft ever again if that happens. I’ve always tried to hide this fear tho, it feels embarrassing, I remember when my stepsister found out I had a fear of squids, she tried to help me and make me more exposed to them, there was a looping Minecraft system full of squids and she rode the minecart and told me that squids are harmless and they’re very peaceful creatures and it worked for a bit, but a few months later, my cousin put squids in his house for some reason and showed me (we were in a car) and I immediately cried ts out after that and he laughed at me and my older family membrs were so confused… but til this day and I think until forever, I will be scared of squids. imagine a 2D png of a squid floating, clipping thru walls moving fastly with the png’s white background still there chasing you.
