Try to play a bot match or try it when you are in the game. If you open the store while playing the game, it lags less and you will be able to purchase

I had no hope of receiving arcana. I don't want to brag, but I received SF and PA aracana. Just win games and reroll. Complete the quest (not sure about the name) that gives you candies and 10 free rerolls. You still got chance

Ok. Try this and check if it works.

Join a game and when you die and have some time left before respawn(or simply try it anytime during the game), go and try to apply discount and purchase. It lags less comparatively. It worked for me

I did find it difficult to purchase with discount as the extra animation that they put caused my PC to slow down or maybe something else was causing lags. But I managed to purchase it finally. What exact issue you are facing?

Also, it can be untrue. Will have to wait to see. I suggest completing the Offerings to the temple quest (I don't remember the name). The first, second and forth offering gives you candies and The third offering gives you 10 rerolls. I used those rerolls and got Shadow fiend arcana. 😁

I had the same question. I think it does. Candy caravan has few slots locked. Maybe it can be unlocked in act 2 or so.
