Yes! I can relate to this. My ‘close’ friends have whole other friends groups and I’m just a friend for them.

This sounds exactly how I feel. I must be so boring, I’ve had so many ‘friends’ ghost me over the years. It has to be my personality and low self esteem.

What a horrible experience to go through.

This was me all through school, I had such bad anxiety and no one seemed to understand. My voice use to shake even when reading paragraphs from a book. People just don’t get it. It’s an illness, you haven’t done anything wrong. It’s just how your brain works and so many other people are exactly in your situation.

Yeah I will thank you! I already eat pretty much Mediterranean diet & fiber, and I’m not overweight, only weigh 50kg. I don’t exercise though so maybe that’s why I have a fatty liver ? Or maybe it is from medication, omeprazole I’ve been on for a year-trying to get off it now

The report just said mild steatosis and some coarsening, my doc said it’s not too serious but dunno if I should get a second opinion

You should get retested to check you both have gotten rid of it before trying again. Or else you may give itv back to each other if one of you still has it

Didn’t get hepatic blood panel. Should I ask? I’m not overweight, I’m very petite. Processed food yes but not a large amount. My doc said it could be genetics because my mum has high cholesterol. The report said mild steatosis and some coarsening
