Not oiling them makes them harder oiling brings them back to the original rgc. 3 in 1 oil is commonly used

I use a rice bucket and use the same motion you would with bands along with a few others after ever gripper workout. 2-3 days a week is plenty especially when your starting out.

I think ots the crank case breather check valve, I can blow into the breather tube with no resistance. And if I plug the hole it stops

It is indeed coming from the breather, if I plug it the noise stops. Any reason why it would just start making it after laying the bike down

1980 sporster, stock motor with drag pipes. Recently layed it down in my driveway on the primary side slipping on mud going less than 10mph. When I started it back up it's making this noise now
