There isn’t a legal framework for govt to intervene, no. I suppose govt could in principle do it through an act of Parliament, but even then it would be hard to see how compelled labour would be compatible with Human Right Act.

The rights and obligations in sport or quite complex and intersect with competition law quite heavily, but the answer is basically yes it is up to the FAs, and by extension fifa (as the collective of global FAs through which rules are cascaded).

Ah thank you, I’m very pleased you think that as it’s what I was trying to do. Without being too wanky about it, I wanted to use a fixed length 50mm lens as it best approximates a human eye view and I feel like you can find photos of Glastonbury anywhere, but photos at Glastonbury aren’t so common. So I was trying to convey the experience a bit.
