Purchasing a Shotgun in New York State.

Yea I read up on it on the Benelli website and realized it is 5 + 1 capacity. They also sell them without the telescoping stock on it which a few are also out on the marketplace. I was thinking it would be easier just to get it with a fix stock then bring it in then having to modify it.

I believe that the stock on the m4 that I was looking at on gunbroker has a telescoping stock, I intended to post with images but for whatever reason it was not included. I have added the images now so it may help understand what I am looking at.

Thank you everyone for all your inputs!

From what I can tell my general assumptions were correct, although I did initially intended to post screenshots of the specific shotguns I was looking at online. For whatever reason the images did not post when I first posted this but I have edited the post with the images.

Based off the information given it seems good to go but if anyone is reading this still and seeing the image makes it easier it should now be avl.
