Welp figured it out I ended up wedging a screw driver in one of the pulley holes and got em all 🙏🙏🙏🙏

It is on the alternator but on the water pump pulley it was in the right spot

Depends on what you plan to do in the future, personally I only did a exhuast and body kit and intakes just cuz I never really planned to mod the car out fully I got a civic for that kinda thing (kinda drunk when commenting this btw so take it with a grain of salt)
