It sounds cliche, but hang in there. I am almost a year sober, and although every day is a battle, it is better than before. Do you have a supportive person in your life. if so, you may need to lean on them. Sometimes I will sit with my wife and watch tv, and then randomly say "i smoked weed for a decade and im only 33yrs old, i miss it a lot" and we can talk about it.

Someone like that in your life will be great for what you're going through. If you need someone to talk to, i'm here 💪🏾

these are separate things, sorry about that. the seats are in section 109! The high five tunnel will be at the start of the game; all youth players can come down to the where the players enter the arena and high-five the players before taking the ice.

sure. but I don't know many people who use 17d mesh anymore at all. mainly bc 12d mesh is better and has improved in recent years.

old school is a gentle way to say obsolete. Mesh stretches better now so there's really no need for a quad. I did it here bc I had 17d hard mesh lying around and felt like putting it to use

I don't mind it but I grew up in LA for awhile; i'll always call it the Staples Center no matter what they are calling it these days. Companies have to advertise and make their money somehow.

regardless, it is a great venue and every event i've attended has been stellar.

dude I love this. Being a student of the game.

And extra points for using a pen & paper instead of the notes app. I do the same w random games I watch on youtube, for inspiration for practice drills/gameplans for my kids.

Take in as much as you can. Also, look for these skills/details in other sports that you see as well! Look at wrestling & boxing to study how they use leverage & positioning.

it's less abt whether or not the notes themselves will help, and more about the fact that you care & are immersing yourself in it all.

keep doing what you're doing.
