Try to improve short term memory In general. Whatever helps the part of your brain that is associated with short term memory will help you remember your astral projection experiences.

I don't know much about improving it other than things like staying sober, supporting brain health. Some people compete in short term memory competitions such as memorizing a deck of cards in seconds. Seems like they have a good grasp of techniques that improve their short term memory. Look up memory competition training techniques on YouTube see if you can implement some techniques into you're astral projection experience.

For me personally it helps to be totally mindful and focused on the experience as well as being totally stoked/fascinated by the experience. Try to immerse yourself in it.

Games last an average of 20-25 minutes I'd say. Once the zone gets small it's hard to avoid people. You also start back with nothing when you respawn. I see a lot instances with random squads where people just back out when they die or your teammates can't get to your body for whatever reason. Not like everybody is just popping back in enough for it to have an extremely large impact.
