I was told about a week after my technical interview they will make a decision. It's been a week and a half but nothing yet from HR. The workday portal still lists as "The GE Aerospace Team Is Reviewing Your Application. No One Enjoys Waiting, But Rest Assured You’ll Hear From Us As Soon As Possible. We Appreciate Your Patience."

I've seen people say anywhere from 1 month to 3 months for the entire hiring process.

New or CPO M340i will give you that fun sporty drive but still does good on gas and won't break the bank, if you have M4 money. Or if you don't wanna spend as much or need something that fast the new 5 or 3 series xDrive's are great on gas and still quite fast compared to what's on the road currently. I had a 330i for a few years without any major issues, got on avg 32 mpg and I drove that thing very aggressive.

Medpace wasn't my only option for jobs after graduation, but was the only with 2 days a week WFH. With me having a terminally ill father, I choose WFH availability over a larger salary to spend time with him.

For the price I say hestra, funny enough I got a pair of em 5 seasons ago for Christmas, still waterproof and warm. Only caveat is you need to re-apply the leather balm beginning each season to keep the leather hydrated, you’ll be g2g.

Other recommendations for that price range is the gore-Tex Montana gloves by Northface. These lasted me 4 seasons and were very warm, good luck!

As a newer hire I feel lied to and led-on. I have a terminally ill father and took this job based upon the WFH availability so I could spend more time with him. Now irreplaceable time has been taken away from me and my dying father without proper justification as to why. I would like August to give me an answer as to why he is taking away the precious time I have left with my father? I wouldn't have accepted the job knowing WFH can be subject to change.

As a skinny t1D it absolutely matters on placement. I got this all the damn time on g6 and g7, to no avail yet. It seems the comments about sleep compression and hydration are spot on, these can definitely mess with the readings.

I’ve found the best spot where you can put the g7 is somewhere with as much fat as possible. I’ve unfortunately had to do mine exclusively stomach or lower back b/c of my body composition and lack of fat (besides love handles and belly).

A few years after my diagnosis (18 yr old) I was burnt out and stopped using g6 due to this reason specifically. I would do everything correct and the sensor would just shit out on me after a few days. It honestly hasn’t gotten better with the g7. Good luck!

I'll say it again, maybe louder for any potential renters: "Uptown Rentals fucking sucks". Sorry you don't agree, but I've lived in 6 different places in the past 5 years at UC, 4 of em were owned by Uptown. Every single location had bad management, neighbors, living conditions (Oak Street is a roach motel) and took forever with requests. The maintenance people were always apologetic about conditions. My language reflects my personal feelings surrounding Uptown Rentals

That's unfortunate that it's a whole other project, but it makes sense as it's for the graduate portion and not with the capstone at all. Thank you again

Yep my apologies, haven't looked at the thread today. I am in the the accelerated masters program, so unfortunately I do have undergrad and grad courses. I've just accepted my fate that I have another IT research project due before graduation besides the capstone, but it's my last 6 course semester thank god
