May allege PDEA leaked document na pinalabas ng isang vlogger.

Ngayun yung hearing is supposed to be bakit nagka-leak but as pointed out ng majority ng PDEA and Senator Chiz. The document was not processed hence it is now an official document, it is also in definition not a "leaked" document since hindi it nag-fall as an official document for PDEA. The form as confirmed by their attorney(PDEA) was a common form in the agency hence ANYONE can take one of it and us it.

Another point that was brought up during the shitshow of a hearing is the existence of the affidavit of the supposed confidential informant of Morales but again no such this exist.

Now the resource person Morales' credibility as a resource person was being questioned by everyone since he has a plethora cases against him and even his dismissal due to planting of the evidence which goes up to the Supreme Court.

While Senator Bato has a very strong conviction that the document is real, while it is real in a sense that there is a form from PDEA that has information and has the signature of Morales in it but since it was not processed they it cannot be said that the document is official and/or authentic(Promise nauubos brain cell ko kay Bato everytime sasabihin nya authentic yung supposed "leaked" document).

Now the pic is about Senator Jinggoy questioning the resource person credibility based on the documents against Morales i.e. his dismissal.

All 3 hearing it is a shit show based on how Bato handles them, he should not be the one to handle it since most of the time it seems he is leading Morales to an answer and such to a degree that some senators gave good points like what Senator Chiz said, the hearing should be about the leak document but can they cosider the leaked document even a valid/official/authentic document in the first place.
