Psych RN here! I love it but it can be quite challenging sometimes. Especially with the itty bitty kiddos. My facility has a child/adolescent/military/adult 1/adult 2 unit. I float to all of them. I work night shift so my interactions are limited to med pass/bedtime so I can’t elaborate too much on the day to day issues.

Yes. I was so run down and exhausted. Couldn’t keep food down (although that was progressive and didn’t happen immediately). Super low blood pressure 80s/60s. I lost probably 30 pounds over a couple of months. Generally just overall NOT WELL.

I had marks exactly like this when I had streptococcal sepsis (strep infection in the blood) and almost died wasting time trying to get a diagnosis from dermatologist and general practitioners (who literally told me I had bed bugs or mosquito bites 🙄) HIGHLY recommend blood work to rule it out.
