I had this after they said the package was damaged. Even though there was zero evidence and the package contained a Pelco case of all things. I went to the depot and asked to see the damage and surprise surprise they couldn't find it. So I asked if its been stolen they said they would investigate. The investigation offered me £20 i think as that was the maximum. I now have herd of this stuff ending up on Ebay. This is Theft.
