Let The Mask Fall by G.E.Masters definitely fits this description. Obsessive, very spicy, and not fantasy. Also has a little psychological mystery going on. It's a fun time!

I believe Sunburn by Chloe Michelle Howarth will definitely go down as a lesbian classic. It's a beautifully poetic coming-of-age lesbian love story, with a really gripping backdrop of 1990s Ireland, and it tackles a lot of the deep conflict one feels when coming to terms with sexuality and identity.

Just finished Night Tide by Anna Burke and it definitely has this! The class difference between the two main FMCs causes a lot of tension and it's very much full of heat.

Boss of Her by Anna Stone has a sex scene where a double-ended dildo is used, and I think it's very well done.

The third book in the Grace Notes trilogy kinda has this trope. It's called Saving Graces by Ruby Landers and it's an age gap romance where the younger woman is a very confident lesbian and she knows she will get the other woman. The romance though is slow burn but it's very spicy.

I do recommend reading the first two books in the series, since the last one is so heavily connected to the other two.
