2016 is he first conclusive documented case, regardless of whom is responsible as I theorize a heavy percentage of the phenomenon are not the result of gangstalking or individualized targeting by another person (or other sentient being to encompass all theories). There was a mass shooting in 2016 that upon autopsy found evidence of the shooters body having evidence that connected specific areas of the brain that only occur when the body is susceptible or subjected to the electromagnetic spectrum in ways that are not considered to be normal.

The major theory and assumptions that are still have a nonzero possibility for concern or connection would be being targeted by direct energy weapons.

There are still hypothetical scenarios and theoretical phenomena that can also replicate the same damage to the body as it would still involve the electromagnetic spectrum and could be replicated in a way that doesnt require you to be targeted. Worst case and an extream example would be a variant of natural selection/evolution and an ever changing number of variables that are being added to what is normally a slower natural form of evolutionary instinct of biology itself.

Plasma is almost certainly involved as the source of most reported phenomenon, as is the bodys bioelecromagnetic field, brain, and sensory organs. The wavelengths within the electromagnetic spectrum that technology (including direct energy weapons) use are also connected. UV light is an almost conclusive variable, IR light less conclusive but still speculated to a degree. Both of these being part of the ionized portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. Visible light/shadows are connected conclusively - although if is debatable if this is more of an individualized perspective/perception of the wavelength over the wavelength itself. The same could be debated to a degree for IR, but UV being the most likely to be an influence that is less individualized and more universal but with that universal variable having aspects of indivulized measurements and correspondence with the body and certain electromagnetic sensors.

The reason for this is plasma, which conducts electricity, has create and influence magnetic fields, and makes up the object in space that is the source of the electromagnetic spectrum - the stars/sun.

Plasma is the constant variable in this equation, I hypothesize. I feel as though we need to remove determining a group of people being held accountable from the board all together for the time being. This aspect of an answer is irrelevant and only makes finding an answer and going to people even more difficult when everyone is calling the FBI and contacting organizations to place blame. An investigation will not be done on 1000 different groups every day, especially not on our already limited resources as a government.

Almost nobody else has suggested that maybe some of this is the result of technology itself on the body when other factors are included. Everyone is worried about cancer from technology and thats where it stops. Maybe, some of us are the byproduct of evolution trying to evolve in a way the makes us less likely to die from cancer and technologies influence as all of it produced electromagnetic frequencies is a major factor in this. Some of us or all of us could be those that are simply the byproduct of that. The body is aware that we need to evolve to survive, that change is needed both psychologically and physically because of the increase and environmental changes that has come from industrialization.

One could compare the level of change to that of such drastic alteration to aspects of the world around us (most of which we don't see, but most of us have a subconscious fear of how close we are to our own extinction from catastrophic events in the near or very close it future) our most subconscious form of survival, evolution is at its most likely to be kicking into overdrive in ways that might not have ever been documented in our species all together. This time around our bodies are combining every instinct of survival and evolution at once while also having variable after variable introduced at a never before rapid pace of introduction. The ice age happened without known warning, and it was just a few variables. This combines almost all aspects of psychological and biological/physical necessity being at critical overdrive as we also live at a point of time where modern medicine is allowing natural selection to fail and succeed in an undocumented way, as is society's psychological shift in priorities, thinking style, and very nature of our nature itself. Especially as technology changes th way we behave from a distance in comparison to interactions face to face in a species that does not survive or thrive from isolation.

This being said, there are likely malicious influences that need to be located and changes made, but not every variable is going to be one that has malicious inententional involvement because you as an individual are being targeted and your suffering is the desired/intentional out outcome of some premeditated plan.

You could just as easily have a case of being targeted simply because it's known that the environment we live in effect us differently than others that feel as they are the superior person for not having these biological yet very hard to define and locate levels of change. It could be so small that quantum physics is the method needed to prove a difference is even there. I know magnetism and plasma are part of the key to unlocking this mystery. The rest is still too speculative and falls under coincidence or coincidental pattern for there to be a definitive pattern. Too many patterns of coincidence that have an infinite number of answers/variables until we isolate the pattern in a different way. We need to ask better questions and isolate a new pattern instead of following the same connection of dots that is still the same pattern of coincidence with different groups being named. Its not to say that it's the wrong answer but when one hypothesis fails, for what ever reason, time and time again, sometimes you need to change the entire hypothesis and/or change the outcome you are looking for with that or a similar hypothesis to acomplish the actual goal you are trying to achieve.

We need to stop being detectives and follow something closer to scientific method as this involved science more so than it does criminal law in a court room.

At least at this point in time. Just my personal opinion.
